Chan Ly, DNP, AGACNP-BC, OCN

Chan Ly is a Board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with more than 12 years of oncology experience. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington in Seattle and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington Tacoma.

Prior to joining Vista Oncology, she cared for patients with solid tumor and blood disorders at MultiCare Cancer Institute and served as a hospitalist with Sound Physicians. Her background includes extensive hematology/oncology infusion experience, inpatient cancer care and care coordination across complex treatment needs.

Dr. Ly is dedicated to patient- and family-centered care and believes in building trusting relationships through communication, education and shared decision-making. She is Board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is also an Oncology Certified Nurse. She is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society and has been involved in community health outreach throughout Pierce County for more than 20 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys serving her community through volunteer work and supporting local health initiatives.
